No Pictures or logos can be placed on our calendars. No documents can be attached. For these forms of advertisements your company must purchase an advertisement level. The character limit for our calendar is 1,024 per description block. One class entry/date is limited to one website link. The calendar will post the state the class is in so it appears with a portion of the class name. It is not possible to purchase an entire date on the training calendars. K9Trooper.com is not responsible for cancelled training courses. The times we place are estimates the viewer needs to rely on the main class website for any and all information. Color coding of events on the calendar will be available upon request. K9 Training Calendar moved to the Criminal Patrol Page. Color code of Blue used to show K9 Courses.
Search & Rescue (SAR)
They are the only page where the advertisement levels purchased are duplicated on another Page for free. For the SAR Page they are automatically duplicated to the Canine Training Page for no charge.
Removal from K9Trooper.com Site:
Companies may be removed from K9Trooper.com for failure to pay the yearly subscription on/before the expiration date. Removals are conducted 7 days after the expiration. There are no late fees involved with our subscriptions. If you wish for reinstatement onto K9Trooper.com after removal due to subscription fees there is no guarantee we still have all your photos saved in our database. Usually all items would remain in the database for at least a month after deletion from the site.
If a Company is removed from K9Trooper.com for violation of our policies we will not refund the subscription fees. There are no appeals in this situation. After a one year suspension the removed site has the right to petition K9Trooper.com for reentry into the K9Trooper.com Family of Websites. They must be able to prove the violations they were removed for no longer occur.
K9Trooper.com reserves the right to remove any site for any of the following reasons:
1. Deceptive Marketing Tactics
2. Unprofessional Practices
3. Illegal Practices//Activity
4. Unethical Practices// Activity
5. Any form of discrimination (Based on Race, Religion, Gender, or Other)
6. Having a website designed to damage viewers computers (Viruses, etc.)
7. Having a website designed for pyramid schemes, etc.
8. X-Rated, Pornographic, or illegal subject matter
9. Copyright/Trademark infringement
10. Any form of activity which does not meet the high standards of a law enforcement website.
There will be no free Advertisement Levels on K9Trooper.com. If a free level is administered by Dan Keller (Site Administrator) it means Dan Keller is paying the fees for the advertisement. This will not happen often.
Companies placed onto pages will be in alphabetical order, unless a higher level is purchased to be placed on top of the page. These are explained further in the Levels Section below.
Quotes for Custom Advertisements are subject to some negotiation. However, they will not short change existing companies already on K9Trooper.com. No Company will have more rights than any other Company.
Simple: Name of the Company, Address Listing, Website Listing, Link to the Email address of the Companies choice, Phone # Listing, Description of Services Paragraph.
Medium: Name of the Company, Address Listing, Website Listing, Link to the Email address of the Companies choice, Phone # Listing, Description of Services Paragraph, Banner placed directly above the advertisement.
High: Name of the Company, Address Listing, Website Listing, Link to the Email address of the Companies choice, Phone # Listing, Description of Services Paragraph, Banner placed directly above the advertisement, Link to a word document. This level places this company on the top of the page. If this page already has a High Level Company they are placed in order of Seniority. The second company would get the second position on the page.
Elite: Name of the Company, Address Listing, Website Listing, Link to the Email address of the Companies choice, Phone # Listing, Description of Services Paragraph, Banner placed directly above the advertisement, Link to a word document, two more banners placed on two other pages of the companies choice. YouTube video embedded with the advertisement or on the created webpage. This level creates an entire webpage on K9Trooper.com With up to 36 photos to be placed onto the page. The more photos placed onto the webpage the smaller they will be. The Company may place descriptions under the photos, mouse over comments, paragraphs throughout the webpage. The webpage will be as follows: www. K9trooper.com/YourCompany.html Due to the Elite Page allowing for two more Banners on the pages of the companies choice they get placed in alphabetical order. If they choose to place one of their banners on the same page they may be placed towards the top. Meta Tag Description: “Your Company Name Advertisement” (H1) Header will be your description of services. The banner will be placed on top of the webpage and at the bottom. Keywords will not include company names they will be generic: Police K9 Training, Etc.
**The limit for Elite Level URL names is 24 characters.

We utilize Cafepress.com to print all of our products. Basically, everything is handled by Cafepress.com except the drawings and pictures on the products. The drawings/pictures are the sole copyrighted property of Dan Keller. The shipping, handling, returns, warranties, functionality, and durability rests solely on Cafepress.com Dan Keller is solely an artist collecting close to a dollar per item sold. Profits made are used to keep the K9Trooper.com site going and for advertising.
Photos/Banners:
1. Send all photos in picture format .jpg or .gif
2. Do not send photos in .PDF Adobe Acrobat Format
3. If you send us photos you are stating you have the right to use, distribute, and show the photos
4. By sending us photos for your advertisement you are stating you have permission to utilize them
5. The lower the DPI the faster the photos will load.
6. We do not design banners, however, we can put you in contact with Companies who do. Some of which are do it yourself for free.
7. Photos can be updated and changed quarterly. If changes need to be more sooner arrangements can be made upon request. We understand problems occur.
8. If you advise to remove/change photos on our site we do not save the old in our servers.
Upgrading an existing K9Trooper.com Advertisement Level:
Companies who are in the middle of a paid year may upgrade for a discounted amount. Please email us at info@k9trooper.com and advise what level you wish to upgrade to. We will send you an email estimate. If you choose to upgrade reply to the email and we will send an invoice by either US Mail or PayPal.
Buy Sell K9 Classifieds Policies:
This section of K9Trooper.com is designed for dogs which are from reputable individuals. We will not accept or tolerate any puppy farms selling K9's on our website. If we find out a Company is a puppy farm they will immediately be removed from K9Trooper.com.
The lower the DPI the faster the photo will load. We would recommend 72 dpi for a webpage. However, we will accept as high as 300 dpi.
Existing Companies can place K9's for sale on our site for free as long as their yearly dues are paid. They are allotted up to the max of four pictures per dog.
Companies who have not purchased an advertisement level have to pay the 2-6 dollar per month per dog fee.
YouTube Video Links are welcome within the advertisement for the k9. However, these will not be video embeds, the link will be to the YouTube Video on the YouTube Website. As long as the Company provides the link we will set the link up to open in another window. So, the viewer will be able to come right back and get the seller's contact information.
All dogs should be capable of either law enforcement work or search and rescue work.
K9Trooper.com is not responsible for the dogs in any way. Just because the description of the dog is on the K9Trooper.com website it doesn't mean it portrays the opinion of the K9Trooper.com Website or it's staff. Any and all purchases are handled outside of the K9Trooper.com website. We are simply putting the buyer together with the seller.
